The Moirai (Three Fates) Hoops
Offered in all sterling silver or in a mixed-metal combination of sterling silver, brass, and copper. Suspended from hoop ear wires for fluid movement.
Named for the Moirai — the Fates of Greek mythology — these earrings honor the Weaver archetype: the one who understands that life is composed of threads, choices, inheritances, and turning points. In ancient story, the Moirai spun, measured, and cut the thread of each life. Not as punishment, but as recognition of pattern and timing.
The layered, open forms echo strands drawn together — separate lines moving in relationship. They suggest continuity and tension, space and structure. Nothing stands alone; everything is connected.
The Weaver is not passive. She participates in the shaping of her life. She sees how past and present intersect. She understands that sovereignty includes responsibility and vision— that what we create, say, and choose becomes part of a larger tapestry.
The movement of these earrings reflects that living dynamic. They shift and respond as you move, catching light, never rigid. In mixed metals, the interplay of silver, brass, and copper further emphasizes interconnection — distinct elements existing in harmony.
Handcrafted and made to order in my Montana studio, each pair is individually formed, shaped, and assembled by hand. Subtle variations in contour and finish reflect the living nature of the process — no two pairs are exactly alike.
An original form. Thread. Pattern. The hand that weaves.
