Shipping

At this time, Of Myth and Matter ships within the United States only.

• Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Made-to-order pieces are created especially for you—please allow 1–2 weeks for crafting before shipment.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with the option to upgrade your shipping method at checkout. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $200.

Insurance is not included by default. If you would like your package insured, please select a shipping option that includes insurance at checkout.

Once your order is in the hands of the postal service, it is largely beyond my control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out and I will do my best to help you navigate next steps. However, Of Myth and Matter is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Returns

Due to the handmade and exclusive nature of each piece, returns are not accepted. please be sure of your choice when purchasing, and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions about anything you are considering.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order at
keira@ofmythandmatter.com with photos of the damage so we can find a solution together.

Each piece is made with care and intention, and I want your experience to feel just as thoughtful as the work itself.
