Inanna Earrings

$135.00

Sterling silver with 14k gold-filled ball details and a 14k gold-filled chain that extends below, suspended from sterling silver post hoops.

Named for Inanna — Sumerian goddess of love, sovereignty, descent, and rise — these earrings carry the energy of the Empress archetype: fully embodied, resourced, and unafraid of depth. In the ancient myth, Inanna descends into the underworld, passing through seven gates where she is stripped of status and adornment. She faces death, transformation, and ultimately rises again — not diminished, but integrated.

This story is not about loss. It is about initiation. About power that is not surface-level, but earned through experience.

The circular forms suggest wholeness and continuity. The gold accents speak to inherent worth and abundance. The elongated chain adds movement and extension — a visual echo of descent and return, root and rise.

The Empress does not bypass shadow. She includes it. She understands that true abundance is not denial of difficulty, but the capacity to hold all of it and still create. She governs from embodiment, not performance.

Worn close to the face, these earrings frame the voice and the gaze — reminders that sovereignty begins within. That descent is sometimes necessary for reclamation. That rising is inevitable when the self is fully inhabited.

Handcrafted and made to order in my Montana studio, each pair is individually formed and assembled by hand. Subtle variations in surface and alignment reflect the integrity of the handmade process — no two pairs are exactly alike.

An original form. Descent. Integration. Descent and Rise. Embodied abundance.
